Super Modified HCG Protocol (Guidelines)
The Super Modified HCG Protocol with a focus on Leptin and Carnitine balance for a permanent successful weight loss program.
Use the following guidelines. You will get out of this program what you put into it.
- Our typical program is 750-800 calories each day. This depends on your starting weight
- High protein intake will help your energy and keep your muscle protected.
- The food lists are the path to success. If it’s not on the list…. don’t eat it.
- Take a multi-vitamin/mineral and suggested supplements daily.
- Do not skip breakfast or the approved between meal fruit or salad snacks. Breakfast is your most important meal of the day.
- Continue taking any prescription medications and a quality multiple vitamin
- Perform physical activity or light cardio exercises for 30 minutes each day.
- Drink half your body weight in ounces daily. Example 150 pound requires 75 ounces.
- Take advantage of our counseling. We are here for you. Call or come in anytime.
- Keep the weight chart we have provided current. It will help us in event of a stall.
- Take it one day at a time. Reinforce yourself each morning that you are on a mission.
